He also specializes in the area of taxation, corporate insolvency and liquidation and management consultancy in Hong Kong. Before joining this firm, Mr. Au has been employed by one of the Big Four international accounting firm who involved in accounting and auditing work. |

Since May, 2003 Mr. Wong has been managing the firm for all Financial Advisory Services – responsible for Corporate Finance, Corporate Reorganization, Management Solutions and Resources. Before moving to Sydney, Mr. Wong was employed by one of the Big Four international accounting firm at supervision level. Mr. Wong was elected to the role of Director and assumed this position since 2005. |

Mr. Ip was appointed the role as Partner since August 2003. Mr. Ip has been working in a Hong Kong listed company as Financial Controller since 2001.
