Required documents for Representative Office Registration in GZ
1. Legally Practice Certificate(Business license):One duplicate copy; issued from overseas
where the main company locates, this business license has to be attested by the Chinese Embassy overseas stating this copy is authentic. If main company is registered in either Hong Kong, Macau or Tai Wan, copies of both the Company Incorporation and the Business Registry Certificate which attested by appointed local Law Firm or Notarization Firm are required.
2. Bank Reference letter for the main company: One original set and one duplicate set; issued by local opening bank overseas; stating open date, members of directors, authorized people for signature, revolving capital amount or saving amount and general estimate to the main company.
3. Identity Card or Passport original and copy for the representative members; 7 recent color photos sized in large 1 inch..
4. Rent contract and related information for the office address:
(1) Original rent contract or duplicate copy with main company stamped should be provided in the event of inside hotel.
(2) Original rent contract or duplicate copy with main company stamped (this contract has to be already recorded in the Housing Management Bureau); and the owner's Property Right Certificate (original set and duplicate copy) in the event of inside commercial building.

To incorporate a foreign invested company
following documents are required
1. Legally Practice Certificate(Business license):One duplicate copy; issued from overseas
where the main company locates, this business license has to be attested by Embassy overseas stating this copy is authentic. If main the Chinese company is registered in either Hong Kong, Macau or Tai Wan, two duplicate copies of both the Company Incorporation and the Business Registry Certificate have to be provided, and these copies have to be attested by appointed local Law Firm or Notarization Firm.
If invest by individuals, the original and 1 copy of the investor’s passport is required, which should be attested by the Chinese embassy overseas stating the passport is authentic;
2. The investor's Bank Reference Letter in original; This certificate is issued by the investor's opening bank overseas, stating if this investor's business is running well or not, how many digits of the investor's saving amount or what is the investor's credit amount;
3. The original and copies of passport of the investor, legal representative, directors if any, supervisors of the company, and 4 pieces of 1 "color photos of the legal representative;
4. Five copies of the investor’s Audit Report in original issued by the Certified Public Accountant Institute within the recent 1 year (be requied when the investor is a legal person);
5. Legal using certificate of the registered address
One original copy and five duplicate copies of the rent contract of the office together with six copies of the Owner's Property Right Certificate with the owner's stamp. ( this rent contract has to be recorded in the specific Housing Management Authority)
The signing party of the rent contract should in the name of the legal representative of the pre-established company, otherwise one original copy of an authorization letter with the legal representative's signature is required.
NOTE: the rent office should be in the commercial building and be more than 500 meters far away from the location of the Chinese Communist Party, Government and Army.
